Request your Quandoo data export (1 day)
Contact Quandoo support and request a CSV export of your guest list and reservation history. Quandoo's support team will help with this process. Do it early — support will get overwhelmed closer to the deadline.
Install the Resos booking widget on your website (30 minutes)
Replace your Quandoo booking widget with Resos. Most restaurants do this in their WordPress, Squarespace, or website builder admin. Takes 15-30 minutes.
Update Google Business Profile and social media (30 minutes)
Update your Google Business Profile booking link to point to Resos. Update Instagram bio, Facebook page, and any other places you link to your booking system.
Run both systems in parallel (4-8 weeks)

The standard approach is to run Quandoo and Resos in parallel during migration — let existing Quandoo bookings age out naturally while directing all new reservations to Resos. By October 1, 2026, all reservations will be flowing through Resos.
Can I export my guest data from Quandoo?
Yes. Quandoo has committed to keeping its support team available specifically to help restaurants export data before the shutdown. Contact Quandoo support to request a CSV export of your guest list. Do this early — requesting in August or September could create a bottleneck as thousands of restaurants migrate simultaneously.
